Korean Top Star File Beautiful Faces is a special program that started airing on MBC in 1997. The series features interviews and profiles on Korea's top stars, who candidly talked about their thoughts and experiences, from romantic relationships to future goals. This DVD release not only allows you to learn more about your favorite Korean stars, it lets you turn back ten years' time to see them when they were younger, before the Korean Wave made them household names throughout Asia.

Song Seung Heon's popular melodrama Tale of Autumn helped set the Korean Wave in motion in 2000, but in 1997 he was still a newcomer. A former model, Song had just made the leap into acting a year before, getting his start on an MBC sitcom. In his interview, he talks about his family and his first kiss. Meanwhile, Ji Seong recalls his childhood dream of becoming a baseball player, and Jang Dong Gun talks about his identity as "Jang Dong Gun, the singer". This DVD also includes Jang Dong Gun's self-camera footage in Vietnam and interview with Lee Young Ae.
