Rough Cut (AKA: A Movie is a Movie) OST

Winner takes all including the Best Actor Award in director Jang Hoon's stylish action blockbuster A Movie Is A Movie about two actors dueling it out in front of the camera to see who steals the most spotlight. One of Kim Ki Duk's most celebrated proteges, Jang Hoon hires Korean heartthrobs So Ji Sub (Something Happened In Bali) and Kang Ji Hwan (Hong Gil Dong) as his frontmen. The story revolves around the rivalry between an actor-wannabe gangster (So Ji Sub) and a lousy actor (Kang Ji Hwan) who got famous for his gangster roles. The battle begins when the actor asks the gangster to co-star in his movie upon which the gangster proposes that the two act the scenes out for real to see who comes out as the winner. Breathing much excitement into the film's soundtrack is musical director Noh Hyung Woo, whose earlier credits include soundtrack work on dramas like Shin Don and La Dolce Vita, and films like Shadows In The Palace and Le Grand Chef.
