Dae Jo Yeong OST (KBS TV Drama)

Historical series continue to be an audience favorite in South Korea, and KBS epic period drama Dae Jo Yeong has been steadily pulling in ratings of over 25%. While Jumong traced the founding of the Goguryeo kingdom, Dae Jo Yeong jumps some centuries ahead to follow the life and exploits of the founder of the Balhae kingdom. Choi Soo Jong from Emperor of the Sea stars as the titular hero, along with Jung Bo Suk who plays archrival Yi Hae Go and actresses Park Ye Jin and Hong Soo Hyun. Serving as music director for Dae Jo Yeong is Lee Pil Ho, who previously worked on the soundtracks of Fashion 70s and Over the Rainbow. The Dae Jo Yeong OST comes with 19 tracks including the moving theme song "Sorrow" (Track 4) from crooner Park Hyo Shin and a solo number (Track 9) from Brown Eye Girls lead vocalist Narsha.
