V6 in the Blues?

After writing many reviews on their singles, I finally held the long-awaited album of V6 "INFINITY-LOVE & LIFE" in my hands. The first impression, however, was that these 6 Japanese boys look a bit dispirited on the cover shot. Luckily my disappointment was soon gone once I found another picture capturing their beautiful smiles.

The movie theme songs "Cosmic Rescue" and "Darling" previously published are here to stay on this album. These two, of course, are much more than simply being "good" or "absorbing". "Cosmic Rescue" first of all is surely gratifying enough to show how determined and dauntless the members of V6 are to save our planet and our universe!

Besides "Cosmic Rescue", "Darling" can also be seen as another tune imbedded with a rescue mission but this time the target is not the universe but the lonely souls and broken hearts.

V6 can not only be characterized as having quality but quantity as well! The 6 boys can really work together giving a richer texture to songs than other groups do. The rock-pop "Gravity Graffiti" is an example to illustrate the unique team spirit V6 possesses.

"Tsuyokunare (Be Strong)" (Track 7) is an inspiring tune which is sure to help boost morale through the singing plus shouting of V6 all together. This track actually echoes with the album title "Love and Life" in the sense that the key to master love and life is to make yourself stronger.

"I'm Yours" offers a magnificent fervor enhanced by both the triple measures and the electric organs. This song is a piece of strong evidence proving that V6 do not only understand how to be groovy but also possess a gentle and soft side , all of which have led to the group's instant and immense success.

Infinity - Love & Life... out of all the V6 cds that I have which is nearly all of them. this has got to be my favorite one cuz play this most of the time. there are many phenomenally good songs on this one piece of disc. got Darling and Cosmic Rescue are the catchy fun happy dance tunes that are most appealing in this disc. and then there are hot tunes like Tsuyokunare (a real pick-you-up song when you feel down and blue), Gravity Graffiti, I'm Yours and many other great ones. Love this disc.

Great album! Very catchy tunes! My personal favorite is UNLIMITED. Masayuki, Ken, and Go sing it! An odd combination, but the song is very cute! I highly recommend it to V6 fans, or even if you aren't, buy it, and you may end up being a fan!

v6 is better than any other j-pop group ( kinki kids, w-inds. arashi flame lead... AnYTHING!) i love them so much. as well as namie amuro. they both rock.. sO MUCH!

who can afford to miss this album!!!!!!!! although their last album "seven" was good enough but their new album is BETTTEERR!!!!!! i cant find one song that i dotn like. and 11 of the songs inside are theme songs of either a movie or tv show. ( cept for solos, intro and bonus track) so basically all of them are theme songs of something. BUY THIS ALBUM DUDE!!! even my frds who hates japanese music thinks this cd is good... if you're not planning to buy it then your life is just screwed :P

i am listening to it right now....

1. introduction
it is just a intro music... (sounds like they gonna use it in concert) and it kinda sound like you are in space any everything

2. Cosmic Rescue
people would be familiar w/ this song cuz the single just came out not long ago^^ theme song of coming century's movie "COSMIC RESCUE"

3. Darling
I think many people are familiar with this song, cuz it has a single out already and it is also the ending theme song for the drama, Kimi wa Pet, that Arashi's Matsumoto Jun is in

4. ¯S§Oな©]は¥­¤Zな©]の¦¸に来る (tokubetsuna yoru wa heina yoru no tsuki ni kuru)
i like this song... it gave me the feeling of CC's koi no signal BUT with all 6 of them singing together.. it's a lively song~

5.Gravity Graffiti
this song is like a rock song but not like heavy rock or anything like that.. not a bad song

6.キミヘノコトバ (kimi he no kotoba)
another song that's lively... and upbeat... which made me think that V6's concert is gonna be so high!~ (godd...i wanna go )

7.±jくなれ (tsuokunare)
this is the c/w in COSMIC RESCUE single.

8.I'm yours
after listening to fast songs... finally a slow song~ altho not a bad song... but... to me..a sudden change kind of let me wanna fall asleep ^^|| but when the song comes to chorus... it good ^^

9.ラヴ・シエスタ
this song has mexican style of music in it

10.やっぱ¡Bシンプル¡C
this song was one of end theme song for their variety show, gakkou he ikkou, (my most fav show) a lively... easygoing song~

11.§gに会えない¤éも (kimi ni aenai ho mo)
another slow song... pretty good song
at least this song wont let me fall asleep

12.UNLIMITED
a fast song. not too bad

13.メジルシの°O¾Ð
another single from before (slow song)

14.Hard Luck Hero
V6's movie theme song.
sounds like tsuyokunare... (similar type of music)
