1990年電影《一咬OK》由《三人世界》冼杞然執導，男主角林子祥先後與冼杞然打造久部溫馨愛情小品，包括同年《三人新世界》及翌年《三人做世界》 等。《一咬OK》其他主要演員有關之琳、童星小柏林(鄭柏林)、徐少強、許紹雄和曾近榮等。片中林子祥扮演新版吸血僵屍，而影片大部分在英國取景拍攝。
故事講述當今唯一的僵屍是李望洋伯爵，他住在英倫的市郊，早已戒除吸血的惡習，但是體內卻流著不死的血。在一次意外，李望洋伯爵誤傷了小柏林，並以體內不死血救活他，此事被來自香港的時裝設計師馮安娜(關之琳飾)看到了。
這件事傳至馮兄的耳中，千方百計將小柏林綁回香港。馮安娜和李望洋伯爵回港營救，在激戰中李望洋伯爵誤咬了馮兄，使他變成吸血僵屍，且四處害人。李望洋伯爵心中有愧，不顧自己的法力低微，也決意消滅這由自己一咬而變成的魔頭……

英國倫敦市郊一座古堡內，住著當今世上唯一的殭屍李望洋伯爵(林子祥飾)。一次意外，伯爵誤傷了孤兒小柏林，小柏林生命危在旦夕，伯爵感到內疚，以體內不死血救活小柏林，但被來自香港的時裝設計師馮安娜(關之琳飾)看到。生性風流的伯爵對安娜一見鍾情，而伯爵體內有不死血的事卻讓安娜之兄馮仁玉知道，玉將伯爵與小柏林綁回香港。安娜與伯爵的僕人(許紹雄飾)回港營救，激戰中，伯爵誤咬玉，令這個天性兇殘的黑道人物變成吸血殭屍，四處害人。伯爵心中有愧，不顧自己法力懸殊，決意消滅這個由自己一「咬」造成的吸血魔頭。
The Duke, who lives in a mysterious castle in the suburban London, is the only vampire left in the world. When he fells guilty to injure a little orphan, he decides to save him by using his immortal blood. This is seen by Anna, who a beautiful fashion designer from Hong Kong and attracts the Duke at first sight. However, the secret of the Duke is discovered by Anna brother, Fung, who pursues for it to get almighty power. He then kidnaps both the Duke and the orphan to Hong Kong. At the same time, Anna and the Duke servant hurry back to Hong Kong to rescue them. Nevertheless, on the way to escape, the Duke is forced to bite Fung, making him a vampire. The Duke then determines to kill Fung to stop him from killing people. The war between good and evil starts.
