在忠清南道礼山的乡郊当刑警的赵弼成(金允锡饰)工作时经常怠惰懒散，在太太(《李算》甄美里饰)面前抬不起头来，后来因犯错而被停职。宋基泰(郑京浩饰)则是逃囚的传奇人物，因希望与旧情人(鲜雨仙饰)见面而来到乡郊。弼成竟然在一次捉贼的过程中，意外地遇上了基泰，最终令他被革职，于是他誓以个人的力量，不惜一切代价捉拿基泰……
