內容簡介

此乃七十年代「緊張大師」孫仲執導之作品，故事描述當時年青人對愛情之態度及渴望。洋行職員李明麗（林珍奇）思想脫俗，為了反抗母親（王萊）撮合她跟商人陳秉良（韋弘）的婚事，毅然脫離家庭獨自生活。一天無意與小說作家顧晨風（宗華）偶遇，二人迅即墮入愛河，並發展而成一對同居密友。由於晨風希望有了經濟基礎之後，才與明麗正式結婚，因此專注精神發展事業，將明麗冷落一旁；後又與舊情人黃愛玲（劉慧玲）邂逅，更添明麗的誤會。二人終因性格及工作上之差異，已致反目，懷有身孕的明麗更悄悄將胎兒打掉，結果……
Abortion, birth control, and unwed cohabitation are social issues rarely associated with 1970's Hong Kong cinema, but Cohabitation not only faces them head on but does so with insight, compassion...and sex! The movie made a star of nineteen-year-old Lin Chen-chi, who exudes the youthful spirit then infusing Hong Kong as it made the transformation from traditional Chinese strictures to an era where sex was no longer a three-letter word. Variety gave Cohabitation the thumbs up, describing it as "contemporary and intelligent."
