唐僧（何藩）、孫悟空、豬八戒、沙和尚一行四人往西天取經，行至西梁女兒國，國內全是女人，而傳宗接代生兒育女全靠「招胎泉」，飲過這泉水便可成孕，但也只能生女。
聞說唐僧取經路過，女王（李香君）有意為公主（方盈）招唐僧為駙馬。事為蠍子精與蝮子精探悉，二妖久欲食唐僧之肉，探知女王意，欲從中取利。
Fourth in Shaw Brothers "highly sucessful film series based on the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West, this takes up where The Monkey Goes West, Princess Iron Fan, and The Cave of the Silken Web left off. The Monk, Monkey and Pigsy find themselves in the title realm, where women can only give birth to women... unless loved by a man.
