莫里斯在決定擔任小熊隊的教練後，竟發現小隊員個個“各有特色”：嚴重超重的為食肥仔、口齒不清的外籍人士、運動白痴、甚至一個坐輪椅的小朋友……
倒霉的莫里斯糊里糊塗接受任務，帶領隊伍參加聯賽。但在大家的努力下，奇跡終於發生，小熊隊竟以黑馬姿態，獲得了進入總決賽的機會。不過，面對實力強勁的巨人隊，究竟鹿死誰手？
