《三人世界》冼杞然監製、《地下兵工廠》鄭兆強執導，在1990年拍攝電影《海狼》，由當時得令的TVB小生任達華、武打女星楊麗青、徐少強和周景揚主演。《海狼》解作海盜，是九十年代初繼《地下兵工廠》後又一跨港地下活動的難得動作電影，今次題材有關香港海關及警隊聯合執法的故事，大量動作場面於海上拍攝，製作認真。
電影講述海關人員在檢查一艘菲律賓貨輪時遇到襲擊。香港警隊女督察接手調查，推斷行兇者是和Gary有關。輪船的船長和其弟John稱Gary是在公海救起的難民。警方高層向女督察下令追捕，且在必要時可行格殺令。女督察發現Gary是位心地善良的人。這艘菲律賓貨輪原本是海盜船，而真正的兇手是……

一艘菲律賓貨輪在香港泊岸，海關人員登船檢查，突然遇襲，一名匿藏船上的男子Gary打傷海關人員，逃到岸上。接連數日在碼頭附近發生多宗兇殺案。香港警隊楊麗青督察接手調查，推斷行兇者與Gary有關。該輪船的船長及其弟John指稱Gary是他們在公海救起的難民，他失憶及有暴力傾向。警方高層向楊麗青下令加緊追捕，必要時可行格殺令。而John也捲入案中。楊麗青追捕Gary的過程中，發現Gary本是善良的人，楊麗青深信另有內情，繼續追查，得悉菲律賓貨輪實為海盜船，船上的大副阿強才是元兇。可惜楊麗青苦無證據，上司不信她片面之詞。另一方面，Gary透過自己及John身上的狼紋身，開始漸有記憶。楊麗青遂掌握重要線索，實行大舉殲滅真正奸徒。
A Philippine freighter moors at Hong Kong, Gary on board assaults the Customs Officers making a routine inspection and escapes ashore. Then a series of homicides occur near the pier. Inspector Yang is ordered to investigate the case and she links it with Gary. Yang tries to trap Gary but the police also arrest the Captin's brother John on the spot. Yang subsequently discovers Gary to be suffering from amnesia and trends of violence but in fact, it is framed up by the mate of the Philippines pirate ship, Keung, who is the real culprit. Meanwhile, Gary regains his memory from the tattoos on the backs of himself and John, and with the clues given her by them, Yang smashes the real culprits.
