The award winners back then are now mainstays of mainstream, indie or experimental cinema/video scenes, their winning entries, however, are not easily obtainable.
As the "ifva winner collection DVD series" has received a warm welcome and favourable remarks since its launch. Hong Kong Arts Centre and Ying E Chi have decided to go further by jointly presenting the "2nd ifva winner collection" Dawn on the innovative ideas and moving images show us that creativity knows no limits. Let's revisit the golden moments of such a creative journey.
