　　龍虎山道觀醉道人（袁祥仁飾）一次因清理道堂，撞壞天師像，被罰下山尋覓庚辰年八月十五亥時出生的童子，為新天師像開光。湊巧碰上適合的童子吳順超（袁日初飾），即死纏不放，被捲入一場大追殺風波中。蓋在十多年前，「科學門」人之中，一名星宿老魔（袁信義飾）兇殘暴戾，屢犯門規，更圖盜取掌門令牌，被判罰以剝手皮刑，再逐出師門。老魔懷恨在心，秘密練成邪功，如今重出江湖，立誓滅絕「科學門」人，並要奪取掌門令牌。吳順超的婆婆∼問米婆（袁祥仁分飾）正是當年剝手皮刑的執法者之一……

　　　　In the Taoist of Dragon Tiger Mountain, there lived a Drunken Taoist who's behaviour and appearance were different from ordinary people. He was being punished to find a cherry boy who was born in the year of "Sun Mou", the 15th of August of midnight for the consecration of new idol. In order to find that cherry boy, Wu Shun Chiu, unfortunately, he was involves in a murdering case. Then years ago, in the Science Clan, there was an Astronomic Devil who was cruel and brutal and often committed the rules of the Clan. At one turbid-while he was trying to steal the Leader's Writ, he was being discovered and punished by peeling off his hand's skin then excelled out of the Clan. Wu's grandmother was, in fact, one of the executers……
