    August 19, 2005 Namie's Style! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Before I bought this album, I had only heard: Namie's Style, Put 'Em Up, So Crazy, Four Seasons, Gimme More, Shine More, Come, and Wishing on the Same Star. I love Namie Amuro, and my favourite song that I hadn't already heard is Indy Lady. The only thing that disappoints me, is... the lyrics are a little TOO repetitive and not so catchy, causing me to change the track often before the song is over. The remix of So Crazy was disappointing too. I'd prefer remixes are contained to singles or remix albums. This album seems to mix Namie's new style and her old style. If you asked me if Shine More was one of her older songs... I'd probably tell you it is.

    August 18, 2005 The Queen of Hip-Pop! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I got my poster last Friday, but I forgot to review! I must admit the pictures on YesAsia don't do this poster and the CD cover justice. You can't see all of the good details like the shine or fake sweat, whatever is on Namie's skin. It's a sexy poster, yet not too inappropriate for say... parents to see. My mother just said "Wow she's got a lot of oil on her."
I love Namie and I don't mind her sexy image. I still need to buy the album that is for this poster since I chose to get her STYLE album first, but that's a different product review, isn't it?

August 18, 2005 Kana Uemura Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Her debute single, I believe. Kana Uemura does have a more mature voice as already stated. This makes it easier for a westerner like me to not sound completely off when singing along to the karaoke track. Taisetsu na Hito really got stuck in my head and I listen to it all the time. The other 2 are good, but not as good as the first. Her style kind of reminds me of Vanessa Carleton when she first came out (although I haven't been paying attention to where she went from her debute.) Although not as piano-driven. It's easy listening and her voice really makes my stress feel far away, I can't wait to hear more from Kana!

July 9, 2005 Don't judge a movie by it's cover, this one has no Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
This was a great movie, as soon as I got it I told my sister that she just HAD to see it! It's great comedy and drama all mixed in together. The only thing that bothered me was you can only watch the Korean audio with Chinese subtitles, but the Mandarin and Cantonese audio with Chinese/English subtitles. But, if you don't have a region free DVD player, this is definitely the version to buy! For the price you pay though, the video quality is EXCELLENT!

As for the movie its self, it made me laugh so hard to see them doing a whole fighting game segment along with eating the English dictionary pages! Then there was the touching love story aspect and the drama. The random Americans in the movie make it just hillarious too. To sum it up, if you like romantic-comedy, this movie is a great pick! (and a good bargain)

  • June 22, 2005 Ultimate in cuteness, Hamutarou! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Even if your Japanese is not very good, this book is written in mostly hiragana/katakana and gives furigana as well. They say that if you want to learn a language that you should try reading books in that language, there might be easier books out there, but if you're familiar with Hamtaro, it might be a good place to start especially if you want to practice kanji with hints of their sounds there.

The book its self is of great quality paper and isn't yellowish like some books. some books have that 'fresh off the press' smell that isn't very pleasant, but this one actually still smells like a pine tree! The art is cute and of good quality, Kowai Ritsuko has talent for drawing cute hampsters!

I highly recommend this book to anyone who can't even read Japanese but is looking for something that has cute pictures to make you smile.

June 22, 2005 Tackey & Tsubasa display good chemestry! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I just received this album today! I fell in love with T&T when I heared "One Day, One Dream"! Their voices are well directed on this album as they seem to come together as one voice and yet 2 voices at the same time, complimenting each other, I've never heard anything quite like Tackey & Tsubasa before! Their music style ranges as well!
The photobook is more of a photobookLET, but the photos in it are very well done, Tackey & Tsubasa make great models. They have good chemistry in their singing, on stage as well as in photos! You don't want to miss this album with great songs like "Yume Monogatari" and its retro sound, upbeat of "Love & Tough", and of course the song that will be in my head long after I stop listening: "Ai Check It"
