It's based on a novel and I have to say they made this really well. first when I heard about it I thought it was going to be difficult but they really succeded! (They also made a Tv-drama, however it's not even half as good as the movie)
Aragaki Yui and Miura Haruma really fits together and are really cute. This is sad and beautiful love story.
They have captured a real life scene and it doesnt look fake at all!!
I don't know how much I cried but it was a touching movie.
It had English subtitle and that was the reason why I bought this version! this movie has been a hit in Japan, and obviously so big so they have decided to release it in other asian countries!!(which is great)
Aragaki Yui's song "Heavenly days" are also featured in the movie, which shows what she is made of, not only a cute girl, she is now turning into a woman!

December 4, 2008 Great album!JJ Lin is one of my absolute fave singers!
and he is back with a great album!! JJ Lin's cd's never disappoints!
I don't really have a fave song because I like them all.. but guess the more you listen the more you will find a fave song, still I think need to listen to it more than I already have!!
He has teamed up with loads of various artists, some I know and some whom I'm not so familiar with but.. since JJ has choosed to work with them, they are good enough for me!

This album is a compilation album...
All my fave songs are one it, and that was why I bought it.
Track 1,2,7 and 8 are my absolute fave! (Cd1). and the quality on the LPCD are even better however the normal cd are also great...!
There isn't so much to say about the album since he has released these songs before. expect for track 6(cd 1) but it was a happy surprise!
If you are a Anson Hu fan, this cd is a MUST have!! I promise you won't regert buying it!

December 4, 2008 What happened?KAT-TUN for me do more rocky, uptempo tunes and suddenly a ballad!?
This song was too slow and boring for me and I don't like their vocals in it, Also the various versions are boring, no extra songs or anything... only karaoke version on the Regular edition and the PV on the limited, maybe the booklet is the thing that makes it worth buying.
Johnny-san, why did you make them to release this one? It would have fit HSJ, NEWS, V6, KinKi, Arashi... or another JE group better.
Sure it's nice to release a Christmas single but when it doesnt fit the group..it doesnt match.
Also when they sing it live you can really hear it, It's not a song for KAT-TUN.
Maybe they released it because of their coming debute in Korea... but I think Korean fans already know them well to see that this isn't the real KAT-TUN!!

For me this is his best album sor far, it seems that Hye-Sung has found a even better sound for his voice and personality.
We are used to our "Ballad King" but this album shows he can do more...!!
It's mixed album and I love his up-tempo song "Awaken" and also "그대라서 ", two different sounds but both fits HyeSung!
But the other songs are great too, When I first got it I listen to it over and over again. And for all Shinhwa, Hye Sung or just Korean music lovers..try this album!! It's really one of my fave of 2008! and I can't wait for his 4th!!

December 3, 2008 Not yet a woman..This is Rainies 4th album and as the title says: Not yet a woman fits quite well.
Rainie is still childish in my eyes..however she is trying to grow up and leave her baby and cuteness sides behind, still she has some more walking to do before she can pass the cute class.
If you listen close to it you can hear it sounds much more grown up than her last album.. (an album I disliked a lot - which doesnt really have anything to do with this album..) anyhow this album has more ballads and as for me and my ears.. it sounds more that Rainie has found a good pitch this time.. these songs fits her voice well ... then we don't know how it sounds live but on cd it's good enough for me!
My fave songs on this album are: track 2 - 帶我走(Take me away) - is a sad song in my eyes and it made me cry~~ It is def. my absolute fave song with her!!, track 4 - 冷戰(Cold war) and track 8 在你懷裡的徵笑(in the arms of your smile).
Yes I know, all ballads, but.. somehow.. I like her singing ballads more than uptempo songs~
But also following songs are good: Track 1 太煩惱(Too much trouble) and 7 愛我請shut up(Love me please shut up) which you can call more up-tempo still not too much.
Both track 1 太煩惱 & 2 帶我走 was featured in her latest drama 不良笑花 - "Miss No Good"...co-star Will Pan.
I have her 1st and 2nd album.. but not the third. But of these 4 albums.. I have to say..
This one is probably the best..then her 1st then 2nd.

November 17, 2008 New year and a new NEWS albumJust like last year NEWS decided to release a new album, almost at the end of the year.
This album includes the top single weeek from last year, this years singles - Taiyou no namida, Summer time and Happy birthday, and loads of new songs.
Yamapi's song "MOLA" is all in English, however I have to say it isn't as good as I thought.. I can't really hear what he is singing from time to time, but it's nice try~ However I think he should stick to Japanese..
I was really excited about "Tegoshi's solo", he is the best singer in my opinion, however this song, "Kesenai", hasn't gone into my heart yet, I don't know but I don't like it so far, the music and lyrics..hmm.. I don't know how to explain it but it could have been much better! I rather would have seen Ai nate - Tegoshi version instead on this album!
Koyama's and Shige's song "Murarisuto" isnt half as good as their last one, however it's not a bad song either just that it reminds me a bit of "Chirarizumu", in what way.. I don't know!
Ryochans song "ordinary" on the other hand is GREAT, maybe not as great as last years code, but good enough. It's my fave "solo" on this album.
I guess that many fans incl. me are happy to see Snow express on the album!!

The Regular edition comes with an extra song called "Towairo no koi", a ballad.
it's a nice song, in some way the music reminds me of a Christmas kinda song mixed with something else...
but I need to listen to it a bit more before I really can tell what I think of it.
Other songs that I like are "Stardust" and "Minna ga iru sekai wo hitotsu ni ai wo motto Give & Take shimashou", they are uptempo song and it makes me happy and wakes me up!
"Fly again", a mid-tempo song, and it's really nice to listen to.. For me it's a song I want to listen to when I'm on the train, in a car..or just relaxing at home.
"Forever" is a nice ballad, maybe too sweet for some but it's a nice tune to relax to.
Besides from the songs, the Limited Edition comes with a photobook, just like last year, so does the Regular too, however the LE includes a 32 page photobook while the RE comes with a 16 page.Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

November 17, 2008 Arashi made it!2008 has really been a year of Arashi! This song is maybe the best one this year! Compare to their last single (truth - which also was a great song) this song is a nice ballad.
This is the 5th single for Arashi this year!!
This song is the theme for the new drama called "Ryusei no Kizuna", starring Arashi member Ninomiya Kazunari.. Kanjani8/NEWS member Nishikido Ryo and actress Toda Erika.
The music and lyrics matches well together and it's a song you can listen to over and over again.
The limited version comes with a dvd with the Music video for the song,
I have to say I really liked this music video, it's a very calm and easy one, it reminds me of the music video for "Hitomi No Naka No Galaxy".
It also comes with an extra song called Boku wa boku no subete, a mid-tempo song, I really like this song, the lyrics and music is really nice, and to be honest..I like it so much I wish it would had been a single of its own.
The regular edition comes with 2 songs, Boku wa boku no subete and Wasurerarenai.
Wasurerarenai is also a mid-tempo song, but I'd say more up-tempo then the other ones.
I really like the sound of the flute they use and I also really like Riida's voice in this one.
A great end for another year with Arashi... because I doubt they will have time to release another single before the end of this year!
Their 9th year has been great - 5 singles, the boys has been starring in various dramas and movies, Sakurai Sho was newscaster during the Olympics in Beijing, New shows - VS Arashi and Himitsu no Arashichan, Arashi Around Asia tour~~

November 11, 2008 Over and Over again~This song I can listen to over and over again~
It's a nice..yet sad ballad, or mid-tempo song, I'm not really sure what to call it.. The reason why I heard it and got into it was becuase it's the insert song of the TBS drama called Ryusei no Kizuna (Meteor Bond) starring Ninomiya Kazunari(Arashi), Nishikido Ryo (Kanjani8 + NEWS) and Toda Erika.
Even though the lyrics is sad, it's a very nice song to listen to.. When walking, relaxing etc.
I like the mix with the piano and violin~~ It sounds really nice.

November 11, 2008 Finally!As most of you know, YUI has a special voice and some think she is childish.
However I rather say it's special, and you have to see through the "sound" itself, because this girl knows how to sing and write songs!
I'm happy to see that she decided to release all her B-side tracks onto and album, because they are as good as all her A-sides ones.
I have many favorites, among them: Crossroad, Driving today, Why me, Last train and Happy line~~
You can hear it clear that they were recorded at different ages, because of her voice.
And there are mixed tempo, as usual! but since she writes all the music and lyrics herself, all the songs fits!
This album is a extra album, since YUI needs the rest of 2008 to relax and recover..and comeback even stronger in 2009.
However this was a happy surprise for all YUI fans and YUI doesnt say farwell with tears, she brings joy!
For all YUI fans this album is a MUST HAVE!

However the quality of the photos are mixed. But in all good, people who are Matsujun fans really gets to see different sides of him, it's has really updated photos (even from various promotions of 2008), such as Hana Yori Dango Final photos~~
it's divided into various parts: Introduction, Part 1 - 1999-2001, Part 2 - 2002-2006, Part 3 - Matsujun's jr days, Part 4 - 2007-2008, Special part - Precious shots of Jun.. and at last but not least a Profile part - one Arashi part and one all Jun. It also have some "column" parts with various writings~
Do remember it's not an official Johnny's item so it's many various photos taken by journalists, however it belongs to a company who has done many photobooks of various JE artists, and they know how to capture them well!
As for me I love the book and I have to say this one really shows how talented Matsujun is and how much he has grown and how much he has done within 9 years!!

November 10, 2008 not good nor bad
So the reason why I'm writing is becuase I just got my Arashi is ALIVE! photobook..
and to be honest, I'm a bit disappointed... I don't think the quality of the pictures are that amazing.. I actually thought they were going to be much better..((since it says Arashi is ALIVE!))
also What happened.. I mean you can't see their faces sometimes because they got stuck in the spine...
I'd seriously like to speak to the one who approved it (*__*;)
and yeah..I dont feel like buying two so that I can rip one apart...!!
I have 3 other photobooks with them..
And I can say that the quality is much better!
Back to this book~~
You get to see loads of the DAL tour of course, and it's nice that they have divided the parts.. "DAL", "Step & Go", "We can make it", "Do my best", "A day in our life" etc..
I loved the photos of Sho when he was injured.. he still looked happy and cheerful even though it must have hurt a lot..
and Matsujun's shirt that said: Pick me, Pick me..
Who wouldn't pick him ^^
And I think it was a nice touch to also include photos of fans, stadium etc~
It makes it even more alive~
And next time, use better photo quality!
The book comes with a cd.. with a new song called Re(mark)able. it remind me of Cool and Seoul, however it's a great "up-tempo" track!!
I liked that they included the lyrics for Re(mark)able in the book..

It's a really sweet song, a song you'd like someone to sing on your birthday! it makes you happy and feel special as you should on your birthday.
They have manage not to be too soft and sweet, it's a perfect match!and it's nice to hear a ballad from NEWS, ie. now when it starts to get dark outside (at least where I live), thing song is really nice to wake up to, or just listen to while relaxing or doing whatever.
When it comes to the "bonus tracks" ガンガンガンバッテ and GAME of LOVE, I have to say I like both, but maybe GAME of LOVE a bit more.. However the title ガンガンガンバッテ makes you a bit more high spirited..doesnt it!? :)Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

The album is mixed with ballads and up-tempo songs. Various songs and styles but they all fit Younha's voice and style. She has really became an icon among the young generation in Korea!
As for me my fave songs are Gossip boy, Someday, Telepathy and Best Friend. ie. Someday, it's a rocky and cool song that really got stuck in my head! and still are.
However also Hero, Bitsori, Strawberry days and My song and... are also good tracks.
I was surprised that she sang My song and.. in English! You know how it can sound a bit konglish so to say but it doesnt..it sounds great! it really shows that Younha are here to stay and that we can expect more from her!
This album, at leat for me, beats the other albums she has released, both in Japan and Korea.

Haru haru has been a mega hit in Korea and when you hear it you will understand why! I heard it the first day it was released in Korea and you could hear it everywhere, Haru Haru became a small syndrome!?
After Haru haru, Chakhan saram and Lady are my fave..!! the lyrics are really great and so are the music and the boys voices matches very well!!

Remember was already featured on their Japanese album, however an English version.. Here we get the Korean one, and isn't the Korean version better? or is it only me?
It also comes with an acoustic version of Haru Haru (day by day) which is wonderful, totally different tempo from ther regular one, but still so great as it can be!
Also "old" hits such as Last farwell and Lies are featured on this album, and I guess that's why it goes straight into my heart, because I have been listening a lot to those songs, ie. Last farwell.
I also like the song called "Sunset glow" they made a really good cover!! way to go boys!!
and it's cool that SeungRi got a solo!

I think many DBSK fans will be pleased with it. It's mixed with ballads and up-tempo songs as usual.
I have to say my fave are Wrong number, Flower lady and Love in the ice.
Love in the ice has been a fave song of mine ever since I heard the Japanese version, and at the SM concert in Korea on Aug.15 this year I heard the Korean version for the first time, and it was a happy surprise... I'm not sure which version I like the best, but I was very happy that they decided to do a Korean version of the song! The photobook that comes with this version isn't too bad either but somehow I expected more...!
I also have version B, it's almost the same but it comes with a DVD, I have to say.. I was VERY disappointed with it, I thought it was going to be MUCH MUCH better! but well..it's DBSK so..I guess it wasn't all bad.
However now, when 3 versions are out (or soon anyway) I have to say, if I could choose now, I'd buy version C because of the extra songs~~ for me that would have been enough, WHY wasn't that version A :(
But I guess soon we'll also have a version D..and maybe E?! who knows... SM really wants all DBSK fans to support their Korean comeback and they also want us to spend as much money as possible on them!
But in all a great album, totally worth to buy both if you just like DBSK or if you are a FAN!!

This movie deals with the twin siblings Iku(Eikura Nana) and Yori(Matsumoto Jun) and how they develope their relationship from being siblings into "lovers".
Yori has loved Iku since they were little and therefore pushed her away a bit, since it's forbidden and does she feel the same about him as he does about her!? Iku has felt that she is out of Yori's leauge, and that he is "better" than her. However when Yori confess his love to Iku, she finds herself inlove with him too. But it isn't easy.. Since they are not supposed to love each other. And what will others say? and will they make it as a couple?
The story in itself is good, since this actually happens from time to time, however it was kind of slow which made me fall "asleep" during some parts of the movie.
I basically saw it because of マツじゅん (Matsujun) and I was surprised to see him act a part like this, it's totally different from all the other works he has done before. Soon he also starts university and who is attending the same school as him? This girl he fell in love with of course. But one day Nanae is suddenly gone, no one knows where she is and Min is lost. He feels like there is nothing left for him in Japan and returns to Korea.
One day he gets his charm back, a charm that Nanae gave to him before she disappeard. But Min's grandmother have had it, since she thought it was a present for her when Min returned to Korea.
However in the charm there was a letter where Nanae said goodbye because her family is in danger and can't stay there anymore, but she wish that they will meet again.
Years passes by, and one day there is an art exhibition in Seoul, and who might the artist be? Nanae..
How will it turn out? will they meet, will they be able to forgive each other and forget the past!?
Is their love still strong?
As said, this is a cute lovestory and a good Japanese/Korean movie. however maybe a bit too cute and predictable!?
They have managed to mix Japan and Korea well.

and come to think about it.. it's very tragic. There are loads of children adopted from Korea and despite that they show more and more about it in movies, series etc. They will never understand how it feels to be adopted and how it is to suddenly find another family.
Again US vs Korea. The movie shows how different Koreans and Americans are. and also that they are not always as friendly as it seems.
The main character James Parker comes to Korea to do this military service and he is also adopted from Korea and soon they find his birth father, however he is on his a death row. Which makes it even more complicated. Who should you believe, what is true and how are you suppose to comunicate when you speak different languages!?
That is just a few problems James has to deal with in this movie.
It's touching to watch and some tears slip from time to time. However it's too long.. you know what will happen in the end and here and there the story doent go any futher and it actually gets a bit boring to watch. but of course you can't even imagine how this must have felt for the real person who this movie is built on.
Just that is a reason to see it. Try to understand feelings and wishes.
