I like him a lot because he has a unique voice which is slightly high pitched but pleasant. He is an excellent singer and imparts his emotions and feelings in his songs when needed. The first two tracks are kind of techno, having the current popular sounds of Big Bang and G-Dragon. I think other fans are more capable to give their reviews when it comes to that genre. The other tracks are pleasant mid tempo r&bs with a little hip hop. I don't really care for Track 3. Please get this CD to support an excellent artist!

Actually I have rated 10 tracks with 5 stars iTunes rating after I upgraded 触紅 from a 3 stars, leaving INCREASE BLUE as the only one track with 3 stars as minimum score.
I know I'm a new fan. I think that Dir en grey's music has matured over the years and this is the way I like them. This album has all rock tracks, not a single rock ballad. But I like it! I don't know why, but Kyo's vocals and Dir en grey's drums and guitars are addictive even though I don't think the music in here are perfect! :)Did you find this review helpful? Yes (Report This) -

September 10, 2009 Beatiful!I have indeed become Dir en grey's fan. If you are wondering what to get after their Uroboros and Withering to Death albums, then this is the one if you want variations in their music. Otherwise, their Vulgar album is another good choice if you are a rock music lover.
My 5 stars tracks are: -Mushi-, embryo, 24 Cylinders and God Burial, and the 4 stars tracks are: -kigan-, Jessica and Bottom of the death valley. The latest version of the track, Undecided in the Glass Skin single gets a 5 stars rating from me because of the improved music arrangement.
Dir en grey's music requires more than a few listens. Their music will grow on you. And after a while, you will most likely revise your list of favorites with upgrades.
My absolute favorite is -mushi- ('worm'), another fearful subject of mine, lol! It is a wonderful rock ballad by Kyo. Too bad there are no English translations in the booklet. But I would just guess it is one of those songs that Kyo questions his existence as a 'pitiful worm' or someone out of love. The last track, God Burial is amazingly simple and beautiful. It is kind of jazzy and I would have never guessed it was composed by dir en grey. The ending is very abrupt, a slight flaw. You should try this CD!

They have tried a little variation to their style and some of the music compositions just do not fit their vocals at all, e.g. Tracks 6 and 7. Sg Wannabe have very powerful and yet tender vocals, and the music arrangements in these two tracks make their vocals sound strained. Also, I have rated Tracks 2, 5 and 9 with 4 stars because the music arrangements and accompaniments can be better in my opinion. My favorite 5 stars tracks are 3, 4 and 9. This album might not be as excellent as their other albums, but get it for Sg Wannabe's excellent vocal efforts!

The one that comes with this package is a very well made pamphlet with thick glossy paper. TVXQ's pictures are mirrored images in most of the pages. (Place a small photo against a big mirror, the image in the mirror is what you get, hence the name mirrored-image.) I wish there were more variations of their pictures.
The big thick photo book which sold separately is the complete opposite in paper quality. The papers are very thin, therefore enable the photo book to incorporate as many pictures as possible. Please read the separate reviews.

I have rated the first track with a 5 stars which has a Latin flavor at the beginning and ending. It's a mixture of Japanese pop sounds. I think you would like it if you are Japanese or Fujiki's fan. I missed it the first time by not pressing the PLAY FULL button and I missed the 3 award ceremonies of Mirotic and others. If you like the track and not tired of watching TVXQ with the many different versions, then get this package!!! MY slight complaint is that there is no English translation of Mirotic. All members of TVXQ look absolutely dynamite singing and dancing in their excellent excellent dance moves by giving their best, emanating suave sophistication. So proud of them!!! And my thanks to each of them for their hard works and efforts! They indeed have rewarded us fans!

The plot is predictable even though it was based on a true life story. I cried because the acting by Aragaki Yui was excellent. She looks so innocent and adorable, yet has the determination to keep her baby, a responsibility avoid by even adults. Miura Haruma is attractive as well. The two of them probably would make you go back in time to think of your first love. The story is tragic, but bitter sweet. August 28, 2009 It Is Still Cute! 9/10My Peki Moon came a few days ago. There is a hidden flaw line running along from the left to right cheek above the nose. Also, the picture tag (on the ear) is missing. I think I've gotten a defective one. But I just left it the way it is because it is cute. From looking at the All About Dong Bang Shin Ki DVD, this little Peki Moon is the same size as the one that U-Know held in his hand so lovingly. lol! There is a detachable strip and 2 handles. I don't know if this is TVXQ's mascot, but get it for yourself or a little child. I think it is worth it.

For those of you who are interested or thinking of getting it, here are the actual dimensions: 61.5 cm x ~92 cm (approximately 2.25 ft x ~3 ft). It's very pretty! I got this poster yesterday and was very happy because it is absolutely beautiful. I got it free with the other poster which I will write a review next. The colors are very pretty and the size is huge!!! It's much better than what you see here in the illustration because the effect is totally different. I would say that this is a decorator's poster because it is different and artistic in its setting. It would be perfect if it wasn't so very slightly exposed with Hero's and Xiah's faces. August 5, 2009 The Definitive Photobook of TVXQ!To Connie: I'm glad that you like this photo book so much, lol! Like you have said, this is indeed a Magnificent Find of TVXQ! This would have been a perfect photo book if it was hard cover and a few of the pictures could have higher resolutions. TVXQ's aura, classiness and charms, and whatever qualities you want to attribute to them are all so well captured by the artistic and excellent photographer. I don't care if I look shamelessly praising this book and I have no reason to do so, except that I think exactly what I have said here and to share my comments with other fans. I'll treasure it! I want to mention that I like the pretty design of the hologram a lot. It's a picture of a man in a suit with a ponytail. (I'm new to the GazettE, unable to tell you who it is!) The video quality of the DVD is among the best that I've seen from DVDs. There are makings of the tracks with the members' backs facing the audience. That's a real bummer because it would add to the fun of watching them making music even though they are a visual key group. Most of the pictures in the pamphlet are very pretty.

August 1, 2009 Jam Hsiao is talented!? 8.5/10This my second CD by Jam Hsiao. I have rated two tracks with 5 stars:Green Door which was composed by himself and Track 5. I think Jam Hsiao has gotten more into the style of r&bs which sound mostly the same in the tracks by other composers. He is a little more creative and artistic in Green Door, the track that he uses acoustic guitar's tapping as music accompaniment and his one or two laughs which I've found interesting. Track 11 which I have rated with 4 stars is also composed by him. In my opinion, Jam Hsiao has a great voice and is still a great singer in the making. You have to like his voice and style to appreciate him. I'm tempted to get his book on Italy to see his taste in art & architecture.

I usually get the albums featured him as guest artist. His tracks usually turn out to be among my favorites, e.g. Ignition in one of Epik High's albums. His voice is different from other korean singers. It's crisp and clear, yet gentle and kind of soothing sometimes. His tracks always get my attentions.
Back to this CD which I have rated Tracks 1 and 4, both ballads with 5 stars. Tracks 2 and 3 are mid and fast tempo r&bs with 3 and 4 stars ratings. I don't like how both tracks are being dominated by the drums which is kind of distracting. However, you should get this CD if you like Na Yoon Kwon.

July 25, 2009 Very Good! Score:95/100I don't have much comments to make because of the excellent and well written reviews by Hoody and SarangAsianMusic. I think each fan will find his/her favorite photos or chapters in this photo book. I tried to read the content in the first chapter on the car race which looks nice with a beat up car, but it totally doesn't make sense to me! So, I skipped to read the last chapter which gives me a glimpse of their private selves other than what I have learned from other sources e.g. their All About Dong Bang Shin Ki Season ll.
On the printing (deduction of 5/100 for score):Do yourself a favor. Wrap the book cover in thin plastic film like the school kids to their books, lol! It will save the accident prone fans from unnecessary heart aches because the weight of the book will rip the separate cover page. Because the printing paper are so thin, photos with light color backgrounds like the skies can see through the previous pages.
Dimension: (1.7 x 20.5 x 27 in cm) shorter in length than the Paris Series.
This is my third preference after the Prince in Prague and the Paris Series Books.
