Unfortunately he doesn't look good with his moustache and his acting is poor. I do wish Korean men would stop wearing the out of fashion Beatles hairstyle. The only good acting comes from the lady who played Hyun Bin's mother. The whole story is just rubbish and everything could have ended in the penultimate epistle but no, it drags on boring you to death for one last epistle with nothing at all worth seeing. So unless you are crazy over Hyun Bin, and don't mind him with a moustache throughout, then give this a miss. The girl (and the one playing her junior too) is a real pain. She gave him many opportunities to repent but he only focused on wealth and power but wanted love as well. It is not a bad drama and fans of Kwon Sang Woo can watch it with an extra bonus because this is one of the very early dramas Kwon did and he is very funny. I like the ending of how this woman tidied up all her affairs and forgave everyone who had done wrong to her and hopefully the man she so loved would become a good person in the end. Again like many other Korean stories, we fully applaud the 'other man'(2nd male lead) who loves this woman so deeply by being just her friend but put her first in everything. Here you see Han Ji Min acting exactly like the monkey who followed the Buddhist monk to India. However if you can pass through her most annoying expressions during the first few epistles, then you will see that she is quite alright and agree that she looks absolutely gorgeous at the end when she was engaged. The story is very silly and the staff at the kindergarden seem to be in the school day and night doing everything else but proper teaching. The only good performers here are actually the children. I couldn't try pressing (or guess) all of them so I just had to watch the whole film without subtitles. Fortunately it is not too difficult to understand what was going on. The little monk was punished the same way as what he did to the three little creatures and he then realized what he had done wrong. You really wanted to kill him when he did horrible things but when the child cried so genuinely and that he knew he was in the wrong, you totally forgave him. The cycle went round again at the end when another little monk did virtually what the previous little monk had done. You can tell Koreans are not very kind to animals or pets. January 21, 2008 daringA simple little light hearted story but I was surprised to see so many sex scenes. The two female leads, though not fantastically famous but nevertheless quite known to TVB audiences, are so prepared to take off their clothes. Watch out for Mrs. GAY and the little wash hair boy. When the Chinese put their minds together they can do even better. Lin is a beautiful girl who plays her role excellently and to my surprise we see here a really good looking Chinese boy to match. The drama was also supported by everyone in the cast who all did extremely well. There is a beginning, middle and a very touching sad ending. The very unusual thing about this great drama is that there is no baddie in the show! Everyone is so good and caring it is a good example to set and so refreshing too. It contains the American disease, ie. short of electricity because every scene is so dark you can't even see your own fingers. Also people are being knived and shot many times, yet they still get up and walk. The female lead is supposed to be a cop, but she didn't act like one till the end. I do not understand why scenes were being deleted because those scenes are actually shot in the light and they made the story a bit more complete, especially the end. January 21, 2008 an excellent dramaThis drama starts off real fascinating and continues to be so till the end except for a couple of weaker epistles in the middle. Lee Jun Ki always plays beautifully in whatever role he is offered. 'Ji Woo' the female lead, is one of the very few most pleasant Korean actresses. The generosity of Lee's adopted parents, the brotherly love, the guilt and love the ex NIS agent had for Lee..all these plus more are going to touch you deeply but I found that in Korean dramas usually 2 males fighting for the same girl. So often nobody listens to anybody's feeling but in this drama Min Ki actually married the girl who loves him rather than persisting on Ji woo. There are some little hicups occasionally, however, such as Chief Jang actually survives the big explosion etc. but nothing to spoil your enjoyment in watching this action packed wonderful drama with a pair of lovely people. December 30, 2007 definitely note romanticSketches were built round the word 'kiss' and thus you get this boring movie. Choi doesn't look all that innocent and male lead looks scruffy and not a bit matching Choi.. However the kissing scene at the end was done well though the whole film might send you off to sleep.

December 12, 2007 very goodKoreans seem not to care if the one you so madly love doesn't love you back. All they want is to possess at all costs. This drama is another example. The story is old but you are still going to enjoy it. I feel that the main female lead has been badly cast. She doesn't look convincing of her role. December 12, 2007 boring awful dramaYou will be pondering how could a brother and a sister acting exactly like lovers? Turned out that they are not related in blood after all. The main girl Ho Na is extremely frustrating. The only word she could utter throughout is 'what'. She has lots of difficulties in understanding anybody because she always asks 'what', and she finds it difficult to speak too. The supporting cast is actually better and more enjoyable than the two main very dull characters. I am fed up with all these dumb type girls. Could we ever see any bright ones for a change? November 11, 2007 the ending is superBeautiful costumes and Kim HN is more good looking here than any of her other dramas/films. This is another story of a man who couldn't forget his first love that you feel a little sorry for his poor wife. The ending, sad as it is, however, is very refreshing and sweet.
