戸籍など自らの全てを抹消し、０（ゼロ）と呼ばれる少女（石川絵里）は、まるで人々をベルトコンベア上の食物のように黙々と殺す、暗殺を職業とする少女。しかし、そんな日々に心の不安を覚え雑踏に彷徨い始める。少女は、虚無感から同じく街を流浪する青年（加藤隆之）に出会ってしまう。互いを感じ取った２人は、ぎこちなくも触れ合っていくが、気付いた裏社会は、最も信頼のおける暗殺のプロ（夏八木勲）に２人の処分を依頼する。前代未聞、社会的に存在しない２人が導かれるかの様に出会い、その一般社会で人間性を取り戻し生きようとしている。そう青年も１（ワン）という暗殺者だったのだ。名付けられた「０」のように存在を証明出来るものが無かった女が、存在価値や意義を見出そうとする「１」と共に、暗殺を職業とする者達の秩序の崩壊と捉え０と１を追い詰めていく裏社会へ、殺し合いを挑む・・・
