Korea's favorite beast idols are heading to Japan! 2PM's first album release in Japan is the Japan Special Edition of their first full-length album 01:59 PM, originally released in Korea in November 2009. The album includes the group's JYP-produced smash Heartbeat, which was a big hit in Korea, both for its catchy melody and arrangement integrating the members' actual heartbeat sounds and for its memorable dance choreography. The album's other single "Tired of Waiting" is another strong electro and R&B number from the composer of "I Hate You".

Japan Special Edition includes as a bonus track 2PM's fan-dedicated single Thank You, which has only been released digitally in Korea.
