This is a commendable one from Universal Music Ltd. I've watched the MVs on the DVD and I was thoroughly impressed with it. Nothing can explain my elation of seeing the young Priscilla dancing and singing in front of us with the wonderful accompanying dancers. You will see the in vogue fashion of the youth back in the mid 1980's. I loved the innocence she depicted in the first and fifth MV. I'm also sure you will be delighted in listening to all of her notable songs on this exceptional CD covering the period of 1984-1995; including the acclaimed and pleasant love song of 1988 - "A Pair Of Lonely Hearts" in duet with one of Hong Kong's most distinguished pop singers - Jacky Cheung, who's utilising his delightful smooth singing voice with this song. Their pairing in this song is heavenly. Also I would like to add a fact that can't be denied, is that Priscilla has paired up with Jacky in more duet songs than any other Chinese pop singer. A total of four songs (including a Mandarin song called "Love and Promise" published in 1995), plus a minor singing roles in two of his songs "The Little Man" in 1986 and "For My Dearest" in 1989. Now, I'm eagerly awaiting for Priscilla's return into this extremely competitive and dynamic business of Hong Kong pop music.

I love Priscilla Chan's beautiful singing voice. There's two songs that I haven't heard before in this DSD CD. I really love the bonus DVD that comes along with this package. It shows 5 music videos which I haven't seen before. I love the "Glass Window of Love" MV. The innocence of Priscilla's expression and the beautiful film backgrounds attracted me to this particular MV, making it a magical experience. According to what I read on the website - www.priscilla-chan.net (from a newspaper source), that Priscilla Chan is considering a return to the music industry. I hope she considers releasing a Mandarin album. Her last one was back to 1997. Considering the much larger markets of Taiwan and mainland China (with China's WTO entry), plus Mandarin becoming a must for most Hong Kong singers; it's advisable for Priscilla to follow this trend if she intends to sing a few more years in this extremely competitive business of Hong Kong pop music. Good luck. N.B: I would like to add - if her selection of songs were as good as PolyGram years (1984-1997), it will be great, but also to experiment with a few new music genres to expand her repertoire.

I was very happy to see Priscilla when she was giving out music awards to this year's new singers at TVB's 20th Anniversary Top Ten Awards. I hope she will sing for us very soon. She's my most favourite female singer. Her voice will remain in my mind and heart forever.

Now, give me SACD! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
Agree with the comment by P.C.M. Wong. The sonics of this DSD version is the best from Polygram/Universal for now. Even better than the Denon MasterSonic version. The music videos on the DVD are for those who grew up in Hong Kong in the 80's and have refused to grow up! :-) While the pricing of this CD/DVD pack is okay, just give me the SACD version so that I don't need to buy the same song for the Nth time... Hahaha. Warner has released several SACDs, so Univesal should hurry up.

I'm sure you will all agree. This DSD CD does give you a bit of insight of how a SACD may sound. The music is crystal clear with sound quality greatly improved. It's like Priscilla is there with you in your bedroom or other part of your house (or wherever you're listening to the CD), singing a mini concert just for you.
