Tired of listening to same old J-Pop artists? Well, give Miliyah a try, I'm sure you won't be disappointed. This girl is one of the most talented J-Urban singers out there. She has a very distinct low pitched voice that makes her sound like a cross between Utada Hikaru and Beni Arashiro. Never Let Go is a great song, and the remixes are great as well. I didn't care much for the original Yozora song, but the remix is pretty decent. This is not general pop, this is much for clubs and parties so you might find it very different from regular J-Pop. I can't wait for her debut album to come out, she shows a lot of promise. Her new single Lonely Girl is also great, so go get it! |
