세븐이 오는 2월 23일 일본 가요계에 정식 데뷔하는 첫 싱글을 발표한다. X-JAPAN, GLAY 등 일본 최고 가수의 제작사인 언리미티드사에서 발매되는 세븐의 첫번째 싱글 타이틀곡 제목은 `光`(히카리). 하마자키 아유미 등 일본 인기 가수의 곡을 쓴 유명 프로듀서 겸 작곡가인 D.A.I 가 작곡한 `光`(히카리)은 J-POP 스타일의 댄스곡으로 한국에서의 세븐과는 사뭇 다른 스타일이다.
세븐의 일본 활동을 맡고 있는 언리미티드사는 세븐의 새로운 스타일을 전략적으로 일본팬들에게 선보이기 위해 일본 최고의 스탭진을 구성했다. `光` (히카리) 의 뮤직비디오는 보아의 `MY NAME`, `ROCK WITH YOU` 와 일본 유명 가수의 뮤직비디오를 만든 마스시 무토 감독이 연출을 맡았다. 도쿄 인근 스튜디오에서 촬영한 `光` (히카리) 의 뮤직비디오는 세븐의 화려한 댄스 실력을 멋지게 표현했다는 평을 얻고 있다.
서브타이틀곡 `塵星` (치리바시) 의 뮤직비디오도 마스시 무토 감독이 연출했다. 세븐의 일본 첫 싱글에는 `光` (히카리) 이 외에 역시 D.A.I 가 작곡한 `塵星` (치리바시) 와 지난 12월 한국에서 디지털 싱글로 공개되어 선풍적인 인기를 끌었던 `CRAZY` 도 수록된다.

| I adore this single, it is just so amazing. I really love Hikari, it puts me in a great mood. And, Crazy just rocks. Se7en is the best R&B/Pop artist out there. And, this single is a testament of his talent! |

A Must Have
A Must Have
| I'm in the process of learning Korean so sooner or later I'll understand what SE7EN's singing about but until then I'm still enjoying his smooth voice and nice melodiies. I also appreciate where the capital is going to charity for kids...I wanted to help so I bought two CD's one for the house and for the care. Out of Control. I would recommend this CD. |
