The album Disorder is one rocking album! When you begin to listen to the album, "Disorder Heaven" get you in the mood for the second song... the all famous "The Social Riot Machines" ... To my opinion one of their best songs ever! Furthermore, songs such as "Maximum Impulse", "SxDxR" and "Anti Pop" give a good drill to the album. Ruki his English in the album is... bad... very bad... the song "Carry" is entirely in English! You didn't know that, did you? Ruki his voice is not yet entirely developed, and sometimes I believe he even is a bit of the tone, but this has changed over the years. If you are new to the GazettE, I do think it might be better to start of with an album like "NIL". The songs on that album, are softer, less grunting (cannot say that of "Discharge" and "Maggots' though ^^; ) , but this album has quite a rough sound. I prefer this sound, but it is something to get used to, if you have just recently heard of the GazettE. Very good album though! really one that is worth buying and if you really have become a fan of the GazettE, this is an album to have in you collection! |

Though Disorder may not be as polished as Nil, Disorder shows one of the many things that gazettE is the master of. This album has a pretty decenent amount of fast paced, in-your-face rap-metal-sort of punkish sounding masterpieces, but it also shows a softer and more poppish side of gazettE as well. I have three top favorite songs off this album. These tracks really stood out to me, and should defiently be noted as 100% classic gazette. "Anti-Pop" starts off pretty jazzy, but then it explodes into the trademark Gazerock style, full of insane drumming and bass lines, screamy vocals and crazy guitars, as well as a catchy chorus that makes you want to get up and jump around. "Tokyo Shinjuu" is a bit more on the pop side, yet it's still a bit fast-paced. There's no screaming, and Ruki's vocals are amazing, as always. I really love the guitar parts in this song as well...Very catchy and very fun to listen to. Finally, "7gatsu 8ka" is also fairly popish, yet shows excelent guitar and bass work, as well as a catchy melody and gorgeous vocals and an overall light-hearted feeling. It's a refreshing break from the loudness on the album. Other notable tracks include the slow "Saraba", the crazy classic with an amazing bassline "The $ocial Riot Machine$", and the upbeat and insanely catchy punk tune, "SxDxR". Overall, Disorder should -NOT- be missed by any fan of gazettE. However, if you're new to them, I recommend Nil as it's a bit less crazy and has a more mature sound to it. |

Amazing!!!
Amazing!!!
| Gazette is such an amazing group!!! I can't believe how good this album is... I love every single song in it, especially tracks 1 and 8! Gazette's music is a bit punk-ish hardrock and I don't know any other band that sounds like them. I think this is a good album for anyone who loves good music...! =) |

Gazette has got a killer sound that ranges from hard punk to something like screaming death-metal. Whatever they do, they do well though. Ruki's vocals cover everything the band does with syle. Reita's bass playing makes me want to pee my pants. Aoi and Uruha hold their own incredibly well as guitarists. And Kai is just an amazing drummer. All in all, Gazette is an interesting (and heavy) listen. Play it loudly my friends. Play it loudly. :P |
