Getting to the 13th album is no small feat in Japan's competitive music industry, but Mr. Children seems to have done so with rocking ease. Since their 1994 breakthrough hit innocent world, the four-member rock band has released 25 singles, all of which have hit the No. 1 spot on the Oricon charts.
