After the great success of Lovers in Paris, actress Kim Jung Eun starred in the 2005 SBS drama Princess Lulu. Though Princess Lulu did not achieve the popularity of Lovers in Paris, this sweet, lighthearted drama offers plenty of laughter and romance, not to mention star power. Kim Jung Eun reunites with Marrying the Mafia co-star Jung Jun Ho, who made a rare return to television for Princess Lulu. Rising actor Kim Heung Soo (Emperor of the Sea) plays the younger man who falls in love with our heroine.

Born into a rich family, Go Hee Soo (Kim Jung Eun) has lived the life of a veritable princess, showered with love and sheltered from the real world. Through some rather odd turn of events, she meets playboy Kang Woo Jin (Jung Jun Ho), who just returned from England. The two get off to a bad start when the bumbling princess causes Woo Jin to lose an important contract. He's not exactly Prince Charming, but Hee Soo can't help being drawn to Woo Jin, whose carefree ways introduce her to a life she has never known. This burgeoning relationship is complicated by the entry of her longtime friend Chan Ho (Kim Heung Soo). She may have always thought of him as a younger brother, but he has liked her for many years.

brings shame to Korean dramas Customer Review Rated Bad 0 - 0 out of 10

I definitely deserve a medal for hard struggles through all 29 frustrusting, annoying, rubbishy epistles of this worst drama ever made. Its complete failure falls mainly on the female lead herself. Despite of numerous fancy outfits and accessories, Kim TA still looks extremely unattractive and terribly unpleasant. All she does was to stand motionlessly like a stupid barbie doll, while every female (old or young) is better looking than she is Her eyes are always unnecessarily overloaded wth tear drops, yet has no effect on anyone watching. I lost count of the number of times when she said 'I am really sorry' but she should have saved this phrase till the end for viewers who are suffering from eye sores. She is supposed to be 27 in the drama but behaved like a teenager. Her facial expressions and idiotic actions are enough to drive anyone mad. Having brought up like a princess does not mean one is so ignorantly stupid. There was however one scene and one scene alone that Kim did well, when she ripped off the bottom of her dress, let her hair down and danced erotically. You would have thought that she did that for a living! No No No! I would not even recommend this drama to people I don't like.
