Movie star Ko So Young, fresh off the success of films like Operation Makeover and APT, returns to television for SBS drama Blue Fish. The actress plays Australian-raised Jung Eun Su who goes to Korea for a violin concert and ends up falling in love with car designer Lee Hyun Woo, played by Park Jung Chul (Hotelier). The two are torn apart due to parental objections, and three years later when they meet again, Eun Su is already married to the ambitious Park Dong Hyuk (Yoo Tae Joon, Hwang Jin Yi).

Complementing Blue Fish's Romeo and Juliet-like story is the drama's classic and romantic soundtrack. Kim Bum Soo sings the theme "The Sun that Sets in My Heart" (Track 1), a stirringly emotional ballad. This 15-track OST also includes songs by Kim Yeon Wu (Track 6) and Lim Hyun Jung (Track 11), along with a selection of beautifully atmospheric instrumental tracks.

깊은 바다 속에 사는 푸른 길잡이 물고기..

태평양 깊은 곳 차디찬 바다 속에서 사는 이 물고기는 눈이 퇴화되어 앞이 보이질 않는다고한다. 그래서 간혹 다른 종을 짝사랑하기도 하는데 사랑하는 물고기가 배가 고프다고 하면 수면위로 올라가 낚시대에 걸려있는 미끼를 물어다 주고, 춥다하면 자신의 심장을 꺼내어 그가 따뜻하도록 온도를 높여준다고 한다. 마지막 남은 그의 시신은 서서히 푸른빛을 내며 사랑하는 물고기가 어두운 바다속에서 길을 잃지 않도록 안전한 곳으로 인도해 준다고 한다..

화려한 출연진.

드라마 푸른 물고기는 도도한 고양이 고소영의 9년만의 컴백과 군 제대 후 박정철의 복귀가 주목되어 더욱 화제가 되었다. 드라마 만큼이나 주목 받는 이번 OST는 김범수가 불렀던 가슴에 지는 태양을 드라마 ‘미안하다 사랑한다 ’, ‘매직’ 등의 OST를 불렀던 남성 듀오JINSUNG이 새롭게 불러 또 다른 맛을 전해 준다.

이번 드라마는 로미오와 줄리엣의 내용처럼 부모가 원수이기 때문에 이루어지지 못하고 헤어졌던 연인이 다시 만나 사랑을 이룬다는 내용으로 가슴 아픈 사랑을 OST로 더 애절하게 표현해 주고 있다. 드라마 출연진 만큼이나 빵빵한 OST 속 가수들은 ‘사랑은 봄비처럼’의 임현정과 토이의 객원 보컬이라는 수식어를 말끔히 날리고 솔로가수로 돌아온 김연우 등이 참여해 OST의 퀄리티를 더욱더 높여 주고 있다.
