1987年12月24日…突然の解散宣言を行った渋谷公会堂での伝説のギグが長い封印を解かれ、今ここに蘇る！ CDセールスはもちろん、ライヴ・バンドとしても日本ロック界だけでなく音楽界全体に旋風を巻き起こした伝説のロックバンド・BOOWY。人気絶頂の最中での解散に様々な憶測が飛び交ったが、1988年春に完成直後の東京ドームで2日間の解散コンサートを行い、その活動に幕を下ろした。本作は、彼らが突然の解散宣言を行った'87年12月24日、渋谷公会堂でのライブの模様を収録。ライブ当日は噂を聞きつけた大勢のファンの勢いで会場のガラスが割れるなど、パニック状態になったほど、その宣言は日本中のロック・ファンに衝撃を与えた。この夜ステージでは何が起きていたのか、そしてメンバーの表情は…。長い間封印されていた幻のライブ映像がここに蘇る。
