"19" is the pop group formed by versatile singer-songwriter Sandee Chan and renowned theater/film/commercial composer George Chen. The two prolific music geniuses decided to team up on an innovative project - to transform some of George's score music and commercial jingles over the years into singable pop songs. Sandee then worked on the selected melodies, developing them into full-fledged songs with lyrics, and George would give them new arrangements. Both of them served production duties, and Sandee's new vocal style clicked with George's husky voice - the duo's debut album was created out of fun, and a shared passion for music.

The lead single off 19's refreshing electronica album is the romantic love song "Don't Forget My Kisses", which first appeared on Monga's soundtrack album. Other main cuts include "Journey for Two", the piano-driven ballad "Signs", and "Stupid Goldfish" which was inspired by the 1990 Japanese film Batashi Kingyo.
