Also her 10th anniversary in the music world, Sowelu's 29th birthday holds a special significance in her life. As a result, she is dedicating her latest album 29 Tonight to her 29th birthday. The album revolves around the day of a woman's 29th birthday, turning her thoughts and observations throughout the day into songs. For this intensely personal work, Sowelu recruited the help of popular author Lily to form the album's story. Renowned musicians like Komura Tetsuya, Chara, and Fujii Fumiya also joined in to contribute to the musical elements of the album. Shortly after the announcement of the album release, Sowelu also annouced that 29 Tonight would be her final album before her departure from the music industry, making 29 Tonight an especially significant album in Sowelu's career.
This edition comes with a bonus DVD containing the 29 Tonight music video, footage from Sowelu's Love & I - Renai Henreki concert, and a documentary on the recording of Ametsubu no Birthday.
