Billy Newman rocketed to fame as a composer of music for films and now he is racking his brains to find a theme for an action film, while his wife is enjoying herself on holiday. Billy is accosted by a beautiful girl. Alice. She says that she belongs to the Israeli service and she produces a small mechanical teddy bear called Arthur, which she has brought back from Japan. It contains a top secret message...... But Billy's wife returns unexpectedly with a Japanese diplomat......
