　　2006年臺灣華視時尚巨獻，超級偶像劇。

　　朵麗花盡心思去參加男友志凱的生日Party,卻換來的是分手的結局。她黯然地走在街上，經過公司面對畫廊時，一幅叫[初夜]（一名少女穿著佛朗明歌舞衣跳舞）的畫作吸引了她，讓她一見傾心。

　　晚上朵麗加班，向對面的[初夜]遙望時，卻發現燈火突然熄滅。朵麗緊張[初夜]的安危，跑向畫廊。原來畫廊發生電線漏電失火，祺祥慌亂滅火，卻撞倒了店裡的琉璃藝術品；火熄了，黑暗中克洛腳踏到尖銳的玻璃，血流如注；祺祥趕緊向外呼救；跑來的朵麗報警救了他們。雖然沒有謀面，但屋內的克洛與祺祥兩人心裡同時對門外的朵麗萌生好感。出於感激，克洛委托由祺神出面向朵麗致謝，並邀她共進晚餐。

　　在爺爺戎平的安排下，身為韋氏集團總裁的祺祥無奈地答應與朵麗公司董事長（地產業）的獨生女嘉珊相親；不等相親結束，他就去邀請朵麗。聽到克洛是[初夜]的創作者，朵麗高興答應了。但陰差陽錯，朵麗亮麗勁暴裝扮赴約時，被克洛錯認為模特兒，掉落祺祥設計的陷阱裡……

　　於是，圍繞著[初夜]，情同兄弟的祺祥與克洛對朵麗開始了一係列地暗戀旅……
