A Moment Of Romance III (DTS Version) (Remastered Version) DVD Region All

The first two Moment of Romance films were set amidst the modern triad underworld, but A Moment of Romance III sweeps the audience into the second Sino-Japanese War. Usual leading lady Jacklyn Wu stars as a peasant farmer in 1938 China, whose life changes when a hotshot Chinese pilot (Andy Lau) crashes in her backyard. She nurses him back to health, but his presence creates a stir among the other peasants, especially since she's been promised to another. When the war intercedes and he must return to battle, will she leave the only home that she's known to pursue an uncertain love?

Like the previous Moment of Romance sequel, Moment of Romance III is unrelated to the classic original picture, though it does reunite one of Hong Kong's finest onscreen couples: Andy Lau and Jacklyn Wu. Director Johnny To brings uncommon poetry and visual elegance to a timeless love story, and Andy Lau and Jacklyn Wu re-ignite their winning silver screen chemistry.
