In response to Hirose Yousuke-san's review> Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
I don't know one single American who is still bitter at Japan for Pearl Harbor or sees them as the enemy. That might be the thinking of some silly 8-year-old who just saw that Pearl Harbor movie, but they grow out of it. We Americans HAVE left WWII in the past, just as the Japanese have forgiven us for Hiroshima and Nagasaki, although we should certainly never forget or repeat such cruelty.
And having pride in one's country does not mean you have to hate every other one, so you can never be too patriotic!!!
Anyway, if you like "A song is born", you'll also love ayu's song "forgiveness", which is one of my favorite songs. The lyrics have a similar theme: We are all connected, so we shouldn't turn our back on the world, but fight for what we believe in! Even today a lot of people do think we should just pull out of the rest of the world and pretend that only America exists, even if it means letting a tyrant slaughter the people of his own country. This apathy goes against the core of my being, and I am glad that Ayumi Hamasaki is spreading the word that we really are all one and have to look out for eachother.

We all are one... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
"a song is born" has to be my very favorite song. This song tells us that we, the United States of America are one with Japan. Sometimes I feel we Americans have too much nationalism, too much pride for our country. They think Japan is the enemy for what they did too us at Pearl Harbor, well, @newsflash@ that was in the past. It doesn't matter now, they were sad for what happened to us on September 11th 2001. That shows they are allies, but not JUST allies, they are our friends and THIS song ("a song is born" by Hamasaki Ayumi and KEIKO {Globe}) helped me realize this. We are Japanese, they are American, and vice-versa. We all are one. God Bless the Old World and the New World! God Bless America! Thank you :) God Bless Ayumi ya Keiko ya Hikki ya Furil ya Sammi Cheng! Boku ga ano hitotachi no tonari ni imasu. :D Happy Day :P

thumbs up !! Customer Review Rated Bad 9 - 9 out of 10
This single marks the collaboration of both ayu and keiko from Globe. I am really impress by thses two female singers. ayu's pich is high while keiko's pitch is a bit low compare to ayu. the lyrics of this song is very beauiful and meaningful. This version is better than the one ayu's solo effort in her "I am.."album.Credits again to ayu for writing such a beautiful song,if u purchase this single pls listen carefully to the lyrics as it really means "A song Is Born".

Excellence. Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
This song rocks, ma'ams and sirs. Hamasakisan and KEIKO complement each other well as they alternate between lead and backup. It is a very nice song; pretty and flowing. It gave me this sort of calming feeling, a feeling I only get from a very limited set of songs. I can't explain it. :/ In any case, I would recommend this to anyone who likes Hamasakisan and/or KEIKO, and even to those that have never heard of either of these two greats.
