　　主人公杜拉拉是靠個人奮鬥獲取成功，典型的中產階級代表。

　　杜拉拉，屬於70後的最後一撥，她沒有背景，受過較好的教育，大學畢業後進入民營企業。因老闆胡阿發的騷擾，拉拉向DB公司遞交求職材料。
