杜拉拉(王珞丹 飾)，大學畢業後進入民營企業。因老板胡阿發的騷擾，也因爲想和男友李鴻明一樣就職於世界500強的公司，拉拉向外商DB公司遞交履歷表，同時她也發現男友和自己的好友夏紅相愛了。
