About yearning

"About Love" really is about youthful yearning for love and affection. The theme is depicted here in three engaging short films. The first film is the slickest and most sentimental and offers a sweet ending. The second film is the edgiest; it resembles a film school project. I identified with the male character's struggle to communicate and found the ending to be the most poignant. The third film is the most heartbreaking. The lead actors and actresses in all three films are gorgeous and handle their roles well. The filmmaking is naive, but absorbing. The time flew by as I watched this film; that's always a good sign! Highly recommended by your humble servant. |

| I bought this DVD because of the nice reviews. But I'm very disappointed! I don't know if we all watched the same movie or we are just from different planets. I think the film is quite a waste of time!! |

| I saw this movie at the Hawaii International Film Festival last year. Wonderful film about cross cultural relationships in 3 different cities (Tokyo, Tapei, Shanghai). I liked the tokyo story the best. The tapei story gives you insight on how people use each other in relationships. Shanghai story was a bit strange but fun. |

A delight to watch!
| 3 short stories loosely connected, each one surprisingly good! Language barrier (Chinese, Japanese and... Spanish) is practically in every moment of the whole movie, but it doesn't bog it down. I guess it is a testimony that the feeling of love transcends language. |

You will love this movie
| This is such a beautiful movie. Dont think this is a serious boring love story movie, this movie is very well balanced. It has many funny, happy and sweet moments, while there also has many touching, sad, passionate time. Its a movie about love. Therefore, Must Watch!!!! |

| Fantastic movie made up of three shorts, each one is a great ideal on love in it on way. LI Xiaolu is gorgeous! every actor is great in this movie. Pure magic. highly recommended A+! |

Surprisingly beautiful film about love
| Not exactly the best nor outstanding, but surprisingly a very good film. Touches on love in an innocent and mature way. And along with great talent, the cast are beautiful, especially Tsukamoto Takashi. He was simply handsome in here. With great talent and some eye candy, this film was a beautiful film about love. |
