After vaulting to fame with their Mei-chan no Shitsuji theme song My SunShine, up-and-coming band ROCK'A'TRENCH is releasing their first album ACTION!. Formed by vocalist Yamamori Daisuke, keyboardist Hatakeyama Takuya, bassist Kawahara Shin, guitarist Toyoda Hiroyuki, and drummer Otake Hayato, ROCK'A'TRENCH made their debut in 2007 with the single Heat Island which is featured on this album along with My SunShine, their most recent Manatsu no Taiyou, and other singles. Plus, ACTION! includes popular songs from the band's indies era and new numbers for a total of 14 tracks.

This edition comes with a DVD containing seven music videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and My SunShine live clip.
