Abe Hiroshi (Trick) stars as jaded adult magazine editor Ryuji who falls in love with Yoko (Matsushita Nao, Sunadokei), a photographer whose pictures are as pure as her heart. These two very different people begin a new life together, but their happiness is short-lived as Yoko is diagnosed with terminal illness. With only one month left together, Yoko and Ryuji choose to spend their final days in Nice, France. Like its predecessors, Adiantum Blue, directed by Fujita Akiji (Last Love), draws eyes with beautiful people in beautiful places, and pulls hearts with a story of pure, undying love.

內容大綱：
內心孤獨的兩人相遇，然後相戀，接著卻….
當你將要失去今生摯愛，你會怎麼選擇？
成人男性雜誌「月刊（erect）」編輯-山崎隆二（阿部寬 飾）因工作因緣認識了新進攝影師-續木葉子（松下奈緒 飾）。葉子總是以水漥作為拍攝的對象，她拍下的照片散發出的透明感以及葉子本身那種不可思議的存在感，在不知不覺當中也治癒了隆二的心。因為和朋友妻子的外遇以及對工作的疑慮，不禁感到自暴自棄的隆二和葉子再度相遇之後，便愛上葉子，然後開始二人的同居生活。一起度過聖誕並迎接春天來臨的兩人以為，這種幸福的日子會一直持續下去…。
不料，某天出外取景的葉子卻突然倒下，緊急送醫後竟被診斷出只剩下一個月壽命。面對殘酷的事實隆二決定拋下一切，和葉子一同前往她所憧憬的地方－法國尼斯。
