A new favorite!
A new favorite!
| Why do I love this CD so very much, but still only gave it a rating of 9:10? Because first...it is too short. Only 6 songs. And this singer is FABULOUS, so I really would have LOVED a longer CD with more by her on it. Also, the last song is the only one she did not write. It's a Japanese cover of an old Bob Dylan song and the version is horrible. It doesn't fit with the rest of the CD in any way. So, really...there are only 5 songs on this CD I listen to. Just not enough music on it. However, despite being short...it's an excellent purchase. I adore her style and her voice is amazing. You cannot go wrong with this CD. I was so impressed with it, I will be eagerly waiting for her next release...which I hope will be soon and all original music. And longer. She's too talented to have only a 5-6 song CD! Can you tell I really, really adore this CD? Buy it. That's all I can say. |
