Smooth as a dream Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I believe this is the best album I have bought so far. It has a dreammy feel, like floating on air. It is very smooth. Alex's voice is unbelievable. The first time I listened to this CD it was at night and I fell asleep after the first 2 songs :) because they are very soft. I play it all day long, at home, at my workplace ... everywhere.

An Album You Shouldn't Miss! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I've always been fond of Alex's voice, but this album really made me realize how great a singer he is. There are a number of different genres on this album, ranging from ballads to R&B. Artists like Gaeko (Dynamic Duo) and Simon Dominic (Supreme Team) even came by to drop a few lines. It's really hard to put into words just how sweet and airy his voice is. Listening to Alex's voice is something like eating really, really good cake--it's fluffy and light, sweet and scrumptious, velvety and smooth... This album is great from start to finish. I highly recommend this album, whether you're sick of boybands, love listening to ballads, or are just looking for something new. The tracks I've probably listened to the most over time are: 어느새, Waltz Lesson, 사랑하오, 기분 좋은 날, Daydreaming, 데이지, and 화분. Honestly, though, it's hard to say which ones are my "favorites" because they're all really good songs. I'm quite confident in saying that you won't regret purchasing this album!

A voice to build a dream on Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I agree with all the other reviewers, this solo album is really hot!!

I purchased this CD by chance, ' cause I've heard and seen him on TV,
so I must say I was rather surprised by the sweet and relaxing sounds
of his voice. The first song will really grab you. It is sung so mesmerising,
it draws you in to his world and compels you to listen to the rest of
his music.

I didn't realize how great of a singer he is. Most of the time I heard him
sing were duets with other great singers such KDR & FTTS. I really
love this album and highly reccomend it. I hope he makes many more.
aloha.....!

What are you waiting for??? Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to buy this glorious debut solo album from Alex of Clazziquai Project. "My Vintage Romance" is a set of fifteen songs that cover a range of styles including ballads, pop ditties, soft jazz, R&B, and even offer some hip hop flavor. Of course, what immediately grabs the listener's ear are Alex's creamy vocals on those spellbinding ballads. After a few listens, however, the lighter midtempo pop songs begin to hook the listener. Before long, I came to love the album from its gorgeous start to its concluding cover of a Loveholic classic. Alex is one heckuva good singer and it is hard to imagine a better debut pop album. Don't miss it!

Amazing Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
Alex's voice is definitely one that soothes the soul. When I found out that Alex was releasing a solo album, I knew I had to get it and it wasn't a disappointment. His album has a mixture of ballads and soft pop and jazz songs, overall it works. His voice is definitely made for ballads and he really does showcase his vocal talent. I had this album on repeat for about a month, and til this day I'm not sick of it. With that said, the album has a romanticised tone to it and draws out a range of emotion with catchy beats to make one feel airy.

The packaging is very nicely done, with and added 'Photowall' which are basically colour and sepia toned (very clear) pictures of Alex printed on cardboard. It had dotted lines which allow you to tear (if you wish) each picture apart instead of leaving it as a horizontal accordion type display. What I found unique was this red fabric tag that is attached to the inside photo album. Definitely worth investing in this album, so please don't hesitate to add it to your collection.

Surprisingly Outstanding! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I wasn't sure how Alex would do on a solo album, but I was floored by this CD. I absolutely love nearly every song! Of course, several were written by DJ Clazzi. Regardless, the melodies are terrific and Alex sounds awesome in each song.

I have been waiting for Alex to come out with his own album and finally it came true. And i never had any second thoughts of getting my own copy, and indeed an album worth buying. The songs are awesome. Fantastic voice, not must intensity by soothing to the ears.

Great album. Something worth buying.

Flower Pot Yaiii! Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
omgosh! What an awesome surprise to find the song 'Flower Pot' as his bonus track. For that alone this album is worth it! I can't read korean so when i first heard the last song, I was like aye??? . . . .are you kidding me? . . . . am I hearing right? Is he actually singing 'Flower Pot.' . . . YESSSSSS! HE IS! Woah! . . . . *does mental cartwheels*

I had just accepted the fact that I was just gonna have to be happy with hearing Alex on You Tube singing it when i made this momentous discovery :) . . . so right now I'm absurdly happy about it. lol. I ordered the Loveholic album becoz it features the original Flower Pot song and it is beautiful (luv it) but ultimately I wanted the Alex version because I heard him sing it first on 'We got Married' :). . . and of course no one can sing it better! *plays it again*
