(6)Our Price: US$346.99Related promotions:October 15, 2005 "reach out for eternity..."being relatively new to X Japan fandom, I did not have any of the their music released after the Jealousy album. after recovering from the sticker shock of this box, I told myself that each disc would only be $15.89, which is a great price for Japanese CDs/DVDs, & it would complete that gap of my X collection. this boxset is an overwhelming amount of material to take in at once, but it is worth it if you do not have most of these albums or DVDs. I cannot say it is an essential purchase if you have much of this material already, since the only really "rare" thing is the bonus DVD, which is very interesting (there's a personal clip of the band members and their homes in Los Angeles). however, songs like Tears & Forever Love, & the heartbreaking triumph of The Last Live are essential for X fans to know, and if you don't have these albums or DVDs, this boxset is a best place to get everything at once. my only real complaint is that there are no extensive liner notes or photographs-- just the black paper inserts with lyrics & title listings. luckily, the music makes up for that one fault.
