Michael returns to his hometown after several years to begin his career as a forensic pathologist. He determined to find his missing twin brother with his knowledge of forensics and his access to the police department’s resources. Upon arriving, he renews his affair with Kate, his brother’s childhood girlfriend, who is the assistant District Attorney and is preparing a case against her father, Mayor Porter, for corruption. One day, an unknown assailant assassinates the Mayor, and blood found at the scene of the assassination matches Michael’s. Michael’s convinced that it is his brother \& his only chance is to avoid the police long enough to prove his brother’s existence.
