南極到達不能点を目指して、６人の探検隊員が歩みを進めている。そこは最低気温マイナス８０度を記録しブリザードが吹き荒れる、地球上で最も過酷な自然条件を持つ、南極でも足を踏み入れる事が最も困難な場所である。ある日彼らは８０年前に遭難したイギリス探検隊の日誌を発見するが、やがて日誌に導かれるように不思議な出来事が起こり始め、遂に犠牲者が出る。隊員達は進展をめぐって意見をたたかわせるが、隊長が強引に目的地を目指すことを主張する。そしてそれぞれの胸にわだかまりを残し、疑心暗鬼のまま進んでいくが・・・。

Am a little lost while watching this film. Coz in the end, i was not able to understand where this supernatural thing came from that possessed him and hurt all his friends. Sad ending. |
