| This Korean-licensed version of Arashi's newest, 6th regular album, "Arashic," is good news for all Korean Arashi fans. There are lyrics in Japanese, written out and translated in Korean. The DVD plays in region 3 player and has interesting and fun-filled clips. "La Tormenta" is always nice to watch, and Nino & Sakurai get playful with Ohno while singing "A.Ra.Shi". Onto the album itself - it takes a couple of listenings to get used to, but the songs definitely are different from their earlier albums. "Wish (#1)" and "Kitto Daijoubu (#4)" are some of the more listener-friendly tracks. "Caramel Song (#6)" is a feel-good ballad. My favorite so far is "I Want Somebody (#9)" which has a Bon Jovi-ish feel to it. All in all, it's a pretty good collection of songs that showcase their different voice talent. It's good that the other members are sharing Ohno's singing load more and more in the later albums. |
