　　恩愛夫妻雯雯（鍾麗緹）與啟銳（方中信）結婚三載，在旁人眼中是天造地設的一對。3周年結婚紀念當天，雯雯收到一隻來歷不明的光碟。光碟中一名老人預測雯雯的丈夫將會離她而去，雯雯看罷雖滿腹疑雲，卻沒加理會。然而，那夜她和丈夫參加舊同學聚會後於回家途中遇上交通意外，醒來後發覺身份轉換了另一人身上，一直單戀啟銳的秘書Fiona（侯莎莎）取代了她的身份，變成了雯雯。事情越趨怪誕複雜，雯雯徘徊於現實和夢境之間，更驚覺自己漸漸迷失…

　　Mandy (Christy Chung) and Kenny (Alex Fong) are a pair of happy couple since their marriage 3 years ago. On the day of their 3rd anniversary, a DVD is delivered to Mandy from nowhere. In the DVD, an old man predicts that she will be dumped by her husband. Ignoring this bizarre message, she and her husband go to a party that night and unfortunately a car accident happens. Before long, Mandy wakes up from coma and finds that her identity has been taken. Fiona (Sasha Hou), who uses to be Kenny secretary, becomes Mandy. Things become complicated and Mandy finds herself being lost between dreams and realities...
