神園一家矢車組で若頭を務める永森（小沢仁志）は、次期組長候補として、若い衆からも絶大な信頼を得ていた。ある時、矢車の実子である悠がシノギを仕切る店で、関西連合系で新興の白石組との諍いが起き、問題を起こし破門になった白石組組員が矢車組長（加納竜）を射殺する事態にまで発展してしまう。親分を守れなかった責任と、そして侠として仇討ちに動こうとする永森であったが、関西連合に腰が引ける本家から「報復禁止」が言い渡される。さらに、永森でなく、悠を跡目に就かせることで矢車組のシノギを手にしようと暗躍する人間も現れ…。
