It really will grow on you... Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I admit it took me awhile to write a review about this CD+DVD. For some reason, this release didn't really please me until after I had played it more often. I think it's for the simple reason that I just neglected the item after I bought it and then only began frequently playing the DVD recently (which incidently...I prefer the DVD to the CD) and viewing it reminded me how nice Angela's voice really is. And other than the awful rapping on the last track (at least I think it is awful...I just don't care for rap...) of the CD, this release is wonderful. It's mature and the melodies are lovely. I'm not sure which songs are my favorites, but I am coming to like "Mama Mama" more and more because it's so catchy. I think Angela is lovely in her videos and unlike some artists who just tack on a DVD to have it there...Angela seems to put a lot of thought and effort into her videos. I hope one day she releases an all-video collection, because they really are stunning and also powerful at communicating the emotions contained in each song. On this DVD, I think Angela definitely picked 5 of her best songs on the CD (and I am glad the rap track is not on it). So, I'm sorry to see this version of "Aurora" is out-of-stock at the moment here at the website. It's really something I think most people would enjoy. I also recommend playing it more than I did initially, because I think I missed out. Now that I have found how much I do like "Aurora"...Angela has already released another CD! Oh well, better late than never. And this particular release of Angela will never go out of style. It's not trendy, yet it's got style. Very timeless and well-done.

Except Nothing Less Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
After hearing her first album, "Over the Rainbow" I was excited to get my hands on a copy of her secnod, "Aurora", hoping for it to be just as good as the first. The sophmore album can either be what will make you, or what will break you, and Angela Chang's definitely exceeded my expectations. Each song has its own unique sound, ranging from powerful love ballads to catchy pop songs. It is like each song is its own painting, and each painting is a masterpiece. Angela Chang is very talented, and the album itself is a pleasure to listen to.

The DVD that accompanies the package is also nice, giving you five different music videos, with an easy to navigate menu. The videos are more of the ballads than anything else, and she looks incredibly beautiful in them. It is worth paying a little more to get the CD+DVD edition.

WONDERFUL! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
Angela's voice is one of the best I've heard. It has a great range, and allows Angela to reach such high notes (but still stay strong and in tune). I like a LOT of the songs in this album. Especially Mama mama, Aurora, jing bu xia lai, shou xin de tai yang...

She's beautiful but her voice is so shrill! Customer Review Rated Bad 7 - 7 out of 10
I think Angela is so beautiful in the MVs included in this CD set. And her singing style is a little similar to Stephenie Sun. But Angela's voice is so high and shrill and girly in some tracks that it hurts my ears. Only some of the songs on this CD are good. The rest are fillers.

Wow really tries hard this time Customer Review Rated Bad 8 - 8 out of 10
This time Angela really tries hard. She experiments with different genres of music and did sufficiently well. First single is Aurora, where she used her vocals to perfection and Mama Mama where of course she dedicates this upbeat song to her mom. Every song in this album is easy to listen to, and she even collaberated with Wiber pan To sing a song. check out bonus track, it's really corny... A good album with freah ideas unlike her debut where her english song over the rainbow was horrible...
