Singer-songwriter Ayaka returns with the follow-up to her debut album First Message, which shot to the top of the Oricon charts in November 2006. Sing to the Sky features fifteen tracks including the hits Claps&Love and Why that were earlier released as double A-sided singles. Also included on Ayaka's second album are Te wo Tsunago (Track 10), her theme song for the anime movie Doraemon The Future 2008, and the CM song Ai wo Utaou (Track 2). Ayaka's Oricon no. 2 single Jewelry day and her most recent single Okaeri (Track 14), featured on the latest season of the Fuji TV drama Absolute Boyfriend, are also featured on her new album.

This edition includes the bonus track Winding Road featuring folk duo Kobukuro.

Ayaka is back with full lenth album!
It came in 3 various editions, I bought the one with the LIVE dvd.
The cd is amazing with both ballads and up-tempo songs.
The LE also come with I believe (english version).. Ayaka did sing it well and the english was good!
My fave tracks on the album are: SKY, For today, Why, 魔法使いのしわざ , 手をつなごう, 君がいるから , おかえり and 今夜も星に抱かれて.
手をつなごう is my absolute fave, it's a song that I have been playing non-stop since it was released in the beginning of 2008, and now, in the end of 2008 I'm still listening to it!! Love both music and lyrics!
The duet she did with Kobukuro is also on the album, a happy surprise!
General a typical Ayaka album!!

If you don't know her...please try this album, she is amazing singer and makes great songs!!
this album is much much better then her first, however the first are also good ;)

about the live-dvd it is good but I didn't like the camera, it didn't capture ayaka in a good way.
I felt the music but not her.
maybe I should have chosen the LE with all her music videos instead!?

anyway a great album and a super great singer!
I'm looking forward to her 3rd album already!!

 ayaka strikes again ! Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
After the magnificent debut album ''First Message'', her second album ''Sing to the Sky'' doesn't disappoint. There are less ballads and maybe it doesn't include masterpieces like ''I believe'' and ''Mikazuki'' but all the songs in this album are more than good.
POWER OF MUSIC : 9/10 catchy jazz song.
Ai wo Utaou : 10/10 very beautiful up-tempo song.
SKY : 8,5/10 another nice up-tempo track.
Jewerly day : 7/10 the melody of this ballad is very beautiful but the arrangement is too simple.
Good Night Baby : 9/10 super catchy !
For today : 8/10 I like this rock/jazz song.
Why : 10/10 the best song of the album together with Te wo Tsunagou.
Gold Star : 8/10 soft-rock song with a very nice tune.
Mahoutsukai no Shiwaza : 8/10 very enjoyable mid-tempo song with jazzy tunes.
Te wo Tsunagou : 10/10 this ballad is simply
wonderful.
Ai mo Uso mo Shinjitsu : 8/10 jazz again, it's catchy.
CLAP & LOVE : 8,5/10 amazing pop track.
Kimi ga Iru Kara : 9,5/10 gorgeous pop/rock song !
Okaeri : 9/10 a mid-tempo song, very good.
Kon'ya mo Hoshi ni Dakarete : 7,5/10 finally a ballad, the third in the album after Jewerly day and Te wo Tsunagou, it's simple but enjoyable.
WINDING ROAD : 10/10 damn catchy, I love it !
