コンセプト・アルバム「十三階は月光」を再現した2005ツアーからNHKホールでのステージを収録。 櫻井敦司（vo）、今井寿（g）、星野英彦（g）、樋口豊（b）、ヤガミトール（dr）の5人によるBUCK-TICKは、1987年のメジャー・デビュー以来、そのヴィジュアルとサウンドで後続のバンドに計り知れない影響を与えてきた。2005年4月には、結成20周年にして初のコンセプト・アルバム「十三階は月光」をリリース。そしてツアー「13th FLOOR WITH MOONSHINE」を敢行、アルバムのコンセプトを踏襲したストーリー性のある演劇のようなステージでファンを楽しませた。本作には、34本のツアーの中から6月29・30日に行われたNHKホールでのライブを収録。一本の短編映画を見るような、シアトリカルなパフォーマンスを堪能することが出来る。
