Directed by Poj Arnon (Beautiful Wonderful Perfect, Haunting Me), Bangkok Love Story is a 2007 gay romance and crime actioner about a hitman who falls in love with his mark. Mhek (Chaiwat Tongsang) is hired to take out police informant It (Rattaballung Toesawat), but changes his mind at the last minute, throwing his own life into danger. It ends up saving an injured Mhek during a shootout, and escaping with him to a hideaway. Their relationship gets complicated fast when It expresses romantic interest in Mhek. After their intimate encounter, the two men try to return to their respective troubled lives, but they find themselves unable to forget each other. Nor can they escape the pursuit of both the police and the underworld.
