Excellent Choices of movies Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I saw 3 out of 4 of the movies:
1- is cantonese opera - Wu Bu Kwai - Never to Come Back would be the title - about 2 lovers - how they get separated and how Chan the husband goes finds his wife Josephine Fong and how he thinks she is dead. Chan, her forte is cantonese opera and she was great in it. Assuming if that was Fong's voice - she was very good as well.
2- Gong Wu Yat Gim - Sword of the Martial Arts World -Chan is woman after revenge and she meets up with a thinner, older version thinking he is young Tao Dat Wah - Chan's swordplay fighting is great- much like from Dragon Fortress. She is beautiful here.
3- Ga Yee- Bridal Gown - it is about a woman wanting the most expensive bridal gown and if her fiance can afford it and at the end - she gets it but she returns it for her friends. It was an interesting movie but not my favorite.
4- is a b/w film when Chan is ever so young - I cannot even tell it is her- I have not seen this one.

Overall, I am glad I got it - because none of these movies I have seen and there are so few with her being the lead in cantonese opera - that getting to see Wu But Gwai was a real treat. I hope YESASIA can bring back more of her in these roles

A little cantonese opera, swordplay, modern of Cha Customer Review Rated Bad 10 - 10 out of 10
I watched 3 out of the 4 movies in the box set. It really shows how good of an actress Chan Bo Chu is -
¤C±mJ¤£Âk with Josephine Siao Fong Fong and a young Nancy Sit is a tragic story about 2 lovers who get separated because the son has to be filial to the mother. The singing is great.
¦¿´ò²Ä¤@¼C with Tao Dat Wah - is a story about revenge, honor and forgiven. It is on the order of Dragon Fortress and you see a much thinner version of Tao
¶ù¦ç with Tseng Gan is a modern romance about a woman wanting this very expensive bridal gown. Does she wind up buying or is she going to help her friend?
If you want a taste of Chan's ability to act and sing in different genres - watch these!
